Edible lustre spray dust for adding colour and shine to cake decorations. The lustre spray is quick and easy to use - and mess free - simply shake well before use, spray a thin layer approximately 25-30cm away from the surface and voila! It can be sprayed onto various edible mediums, including sugarpaste, modelling paste, flower paste, marzipan, buttercream, ganache, chocolate, gum paste, sugar clay and much more to create remarkable lustre effects.
